شناسایی چالشهای فرهنگی و شناختی مؤثر بر استفاده کاربران از شبکههای اجتماعی خارجی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالشهای فرهنگی و شناختی مؤثر بر استفاده کاربران از شبکههای اجتماعی خارجی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به شیوه اکتشافی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل استادان دانشگاه، پژوهشگران و متخصصان حوزههای علوم ارتباطات، مطالعات فرهنگی، رسانه، فضای مجازی، روانشناسی شناختی، جامعهشناسی ارتباطات، مدیریت رسانه و حوزههای مرتبط بودند که با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نمونهگیری تا دستیابی به اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت و در نهایت ۱۵ مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. دادهها پس از ضبط و پیادهسازی کامل مصاحبهها، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. فرایند تحلیل شامل آشنایی عمیق با دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه، استخراج مفاهیم، تشکیل مضامین فرعی، بازبینی و تعریف مضامین اصلی بود. برای سازماندهی و مدیریت دادههای کیفی از نرمافزار MAXQDA استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که چالشهای فرهنگی مؤثر بر استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی خارجی در شش مضمون اصلی شامل تعارض ارزشها، چالش هویت فرهنگی، چالش گفتمانی، تعارض هنجاری، چالش بازنمایی و احساس حقارت فرهنگی قابل طبقهبندی است. همچنین، شش مضمون اصلی در حوزه چالشهای شناختی شامل بار اطلاعاتی، حباب فیلتر، کاهش دامنه توجه، سوگیری تأییدی، ترس از دست دادن یا FOMO و فرسودگی شناختی شناسایی شد. یافتهها نشان دادند که این دو دسته چالش مستقل از یکدیگر عمل نمیکنند؛ بلکه سازوکارهای شناختی کاربران میتوانند نحوه دریافت و تفسیر پیامهای فرهنگی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند و در مقابل، زمینه فرهنگی نیز بر انتخاب، ارزیابی و پردازش اطلاعات در شبکههای اجتماعی اثرگذار است. استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی خارجی پدیدهای چندبعدی است که در تعامل میان ویژگیهای فرهنگی کاربران، فرایندهای شناختی و سازوکارهای پلتفرم شکل میگیرد. شناسایی این چالشها میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی برنامههای آموزشی و فرهنگی با هدف ارتقای استفاده آگاهانه، انتقادی و متعادل از شبکههای اجتماعی خارجی فراهم سازد.
