ارائه مدل ساختاری-تفسیری یادگیری چابک در آموزش عالی با رویکرد فناوری‌های نوین

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تبیین یک مدل ساختاری-تفسیری از یادگیری چابک در آموزش عالی با تأکید بر نقش فناوری‌های نوین بود. این پژوهش بر مبنای پارادایم عمل‌گرایی و با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شد که در فاز کیفی از تحلیل مضمون و در فاز کمی-ساختاری از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی آشنا با یادگیری چابک و فناوری‌های نوین بود که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق ۲۰ مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری جمع‌آوری شد. در تحلیل کیفی، ۱۴۴ کد پایه در قالب ۳۲ مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و ۹ مضمون فراگیر استخراج گردید. در مرحله کمی، با تشکیل ماتریس‌های تعامل، دسترسی و تحلیل میک‌مک، روابط علّی و میزان نفوذ و وابستگی مؤلفه‌ها تعیین شد و ساختار سلسله‌مراتبی مدل ترسیم گردید . نتایج نشان داد مدل دارای ساختار سلسله‌مراتبی شش‌سطحی است که در آن سرمایه‌گذاری در نوآوری آموزشی و سیاست‌های حمایتی فناوری به‌عنوان عوامل زیربنایی بیشترین قدرت نفوذ را دارند. این عوامل بر توسعه شایستگی‌های دیجیتال، زیرساخت‌های آموزش هوشمند و فناوری‌های یادگیری اثرگذار بوده و از طریق یادگیری تلفیقی و تعاملی، به تحقق یادگیری فعال و پویا منجر می‌شوند. تحلیل میک‌مک نیز توسعه شایستگی‌های دیجیتال را به‌عنوان قوی‌ترین عامل پیشران سیستم معرفی کرد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که تحقق یادگیری چابک در آموزش عالی مستلزم توجه هم‌زمان به عوامل نهادی، فناورانه و انسانی است و سیاست‌گذاری هدفمند در حوزه فناوری آموزشی و توسعه شایستگی‌های دیجیتال، نقش کلیدی در تحول نظام آموزش عالی ایفا می‌کند.
