نقش بیتوجهی والدین در مدیریت مصرف رسانههای هوشمند و ارتباط آن با مشکلات رشدی–اجتماعی کودکان

هدف پژوهش تبیین نقش بیتوجهی والدین در مدیریت مصرف رسانههای هوشمند و بررسی ارتباط آن با مشکلات رشدی–اجتماعی و نشانههای شبهاوتیسمی در کودکان شهر تهران بود. این مطالعه از نوع کمی–تحلیلی و مقطعی با رویکرد همبستگی است که بر روی ۳۰۰ کودک ۳ تا ۱۰ ساله ساکن تهران انجام شد. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای والدین در حوزه مدت و نوع مصرف رسانه، میزان نظارت و بیتوجهی والدینی، مشکلات رشدی–اجتماعی و شاخصهای ریسک نشانههای شبهاوتیسمی گردآوری و با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن، آزمونهای ANOVA و کایدو، و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد بیتوجهی والدین با مشکلات رشدی–اجتماعی همبستگی مثبت و قوی دارد (r=0.644, p<0.001) و پیشبینیکننده معنادار این مشکلات است (β=0.530, p<0.001). همچنین بیتوجهی والدین و زمان صفحهنمایش، ریسک نشانههای شبهاوتیسمی را بهطور معناداری پیشبینی کردند (R²=0.276, p<0.001). تفاوتهای گروهی بر اساس سطوح بیتوجهی معنادار بود (F=70.05, p<0.001). بیتوجهی والدین نقش تشدیدکنندهای در اثرات منفی مصرف مدیریتنشده رسانههای هوشمند بر رشد اجتماعی کودکان دارد و مداخلات خانوادهمحور و ارتقای سواد رسانهای والدین ضروری است.
