طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی آموزش ضمن خدمت برای معلمان نظام آموزش و پرورش ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی الگویی جامع، بومی و هوشمند برای آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان نظام آموزش و پرورش ایران با تأکید بر یادگیری دیجیتال، توسعه حرفهای پایدار و مدیریت هوشمند آموزشی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی و از نوع توسعه ابزار انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، از نظریه دادهبنیاد اشتراس و کوربین استفاده شد و دادهها از طریق 21 مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با معلمان، مدیران مدارس و خبرگان آموزشی به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل معلمان، مدیران و اعضای هیئت علمی مرتبط با آموزش و پرورش بود که 384 نفر بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان و با روش نمونهگیری چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته 30 گویهای با مقیاس پنجدرجهای لیکرت بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS، AMOS و SmartPLS و از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل کیفی منجر به استخراج ده مقوله اصلی شامل نیازسنجی هوشمند حرفهای، طراحی پداگوژیک پیشرفته، یادگیری دیجیتال–هوشمند، روشهای نوآورانه هوشمند، توسعه حرفهای پایدار، ارزشیابی هوشمند آموزشی، پشتیبانی سازمانی یادگیرنده، مشارکت حرفهای شبکهای، شمول دیجیتال آموزشی و سواد هوش مصنوعی آموزشی شد و «مدیریت هوشمند آموزش ضمن خدمت» بهعنوان مقوله هسته شناسایی گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی بارهای عاملی در سطح مطلوب قرار دارند و ساختار اندازهگیری مدل از اعتبار کافی برخوردار است. شاخص KMO برابر با 0.959 و آزمون بارتلت معنادار بود (p<0.001) که کفایت نمونه و مناسببودن ماتریس همبستگی را تأیید کرد. همچنین شاخصهای برازش مدل شامل RMSEA=0.038، CFI=0.948 و TLI=0.960 نشاندهنده برازش بسیار مناسب مدل بودند. مقادیر آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و میانگین واریانس استخراجشده نیز برای تمامی سازهها بالاتر از حد استاندارد گزارش شد که بیانگر روایی و پایایی مطلوب الگو بود. الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش حاضر بهعنوان یک چارچوب جامع، بومی و مبتنی بر تحول دیجیتال میتواند مبنایی مؤثر برای بازطراحی نظام آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان در ایران فراهم آورد. این الگو با تأکید بر یادگیری هوشمند، مشارکت حرفهای، شمول دیجیتال و توسعه پایدار، ظرفیت ارتقای کیفیت توسعه حرفهای معلمان و بهبود عملکرد آموزشی در نظام آموزش و پرورش را داراست.
