پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفهها و ابعاد مدل سیستمی تعالی رفتار سازمانی جهت بهرهگیری از پتانسیل کامل کارکنان در سطوح فردی، گروهی و سازمانی انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکردی کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان حوزه مدیریت و منابع انسانی جمعآوری و سپس کدگذاری شدهاند. مدل طراحی شده شامل ابعاد زیرساختی، فرآیندهای بهبود در سطوح مختلف (فردی، گروهی، سازمانی) و عوامل محیطی (داخلی و خارجی) است که به طور مستقیم بر تعالی رفتاری تأثیر میگذارند. دستیابی به تعالی سازمانی پایدار بدون تمرکز بر تعالی رفتار کارکنان غیرممکن است؛ این مدل بستری سیستماتیک برای ارتقای مستمر عملکرد و انطباق با تغییرات فراهم میکند.
