تأثیر دانشگاه حکمتبنیان با رویکرد نسل پنجم بر رفتار اخلاقی اساتید و کارکنان دانشگاههای استان گیلان: ارائه یک مدل

هدف این پژوهش تبیین تأثیر دانشگاه حکمتبنیان با رویکرد نسل پنجم بر رفتار اخلاقی اساتید و کارکنان دانشگاههای استان گیلان و ارائه یک مدل مفهومی تبیینی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی–کمی) است. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی و تحلیل دادهها به روش نظریه دادهبنیاد، ابعاد و مؤلفههای دانشگاه حکمتبنیان نسل پنجم استخراج شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل ۹۰۹۹ نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان دانشگاههای استان گیلان بود که ۳۶۹ نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته دانشگاه حکمتبنیان نسل پنجم و پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتار اخلاقی گردآوری و با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد دانشگاه حکمتبنیان با رویکرد نسل پنجم تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفتار اخلاقی اساتید و کارکنان دارد (β=0.75، t=12.31). همچنین پنج بُعد اصلی دانشگاه حکمتبنیان نسل پنجم همگی دارای بارهای عاملی معنادار (بیش از 0.70) بودند و مدل نهایی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. یافتهها بیانگر آن است که استقرار دانشگاه حکمتبنیان با تأکید بر حکمت، اخلاق و معنویت میتواند بهعنوان راهبردی مؤثر، موجب ارتقای رفتار اخلاقی اساتید و کارکنان و بهبود عملکرد اخلاقمحور دانشگاهها شود.
