تجربه زیسته اساتید و مدرسان از برنامه درسی اجرایی برای نومعلمان دبیری ریاضی (مطالعه موردی: نومعلمان جذبشده از طریق ماده ۲۸)

هدف این پژوهش تبیین و بازنمایی تجربه زیسته اساتید و مدرسان از کیفیت، الزامات، موانع و تسهیلگرهای اجرای برنامه درسی دورههای مهارتآموزی نومعلمان دبیری ریاضی جذبشده از طریق ماده ۲۸ اساسنامه دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون انعکاسی براون و کلارک انجام شد. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۸ نفر از اساتید و مدرسان باسابقه دورههای ماده ۲۸ گردآوری و با طی شش مرحله تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد. برای افزایش باورپذیری یافتهها، از بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان و ناظر خارجی استفاده گردید. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج ۷۸۴ کد اولیه، ۳ مضمون اصلی و ۲۵ مضمون فرعی انجامید. نتایج نشان داد اجرای اثربخش برنامه درسی مستلزم اصولی چون انعطافپذیری، مهارتمحوری، توجه به صلاحیتهای حرفهای، بهروزرسانی محتوا و استفاده از فناوری است. همچنین موانعی نظیر زمان ناکافی، ضعف برنامهریزی، ناهماهنگی نهادی، روشهای تدریس سنتی و عدم تطابق محتوا با نیازهای واقعی کلاس درس شناسایی شد. در مقابل، عوامل آموزشی، انگیزشی و اقتصادی نقش تسهیلگر در بهبود اجرای برنامه درسی دارند. بازنگری جامع برنامه درسی دورههای ماده ۲۸ با تأکید بر مهارتهای عملی، توانمندسازی اساتید، بهبود شرایط اجرایی و تقویت هماهنگی نهادی میتواند به ارتقای کیفیت حرفهای نومعلمان دبیری ریاضی و اثربخشی آموزش منجر شود.
