پتانسیلها و تسهیلگران نظاممندسازی محتوای پیامرسانهای داخلی با تأکید بر توسعه سواد فرهنگی: پژوهشی کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل تماتیک با مطالعه پیامرسان بله

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین پتانسیلها و تسهیلگران نظاممندسازی محتوای پیامرسان بله با تأکید بر توسعه سواد فرهنگی کاربران بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و در چارچوب پارادایم تفسیری ـ ساختگرا انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۱۶ نفر از صاحبنظران حوزههای فرهنگ، ارتباطات، رسانه، حقوق، جامعهشناسی و مدیریت فرهنگی بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند جمعآوری دادهها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. مصاحبهها پس از پیادهسازی کامل، با استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک و فرایند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهصورت دستی و با کمک نرمافزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. برای افزایش اعتبار یافتهها از بازبینی اعضا، بررسی همتای پژوهشی و سنجش پایایی بینکدگذاران استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که پتانسیلها و تسهیلگران نظاممندسازی محتوا بهعنوان یکی از تمهای اصلی الگوی پیشنهادی قابل استخراج است. در این تم، ده زیرمقوله اصلی شناسایی شد: شاخصهای آگاهی، تنوع و اصالت فرهنگی؛ سلامت زبانی و رسانهای؛ حمایت و تشویق تولید محتوای فرهنگی، مسئولانه و مناسب کودکان؛ همکاری با نهادهای فرهنگی، آموزشی و رسانهای؛ تعادل و جذابیت محتوای آموزشی و سرگرمی؛ استفاده از قالبهای چندرسانهای؛ انجمنهای کاربری فرهنگی؛ تعامل بینفرهنگی؛ حفظ تنوع زبانی؛ و نقش آموزشهای آنلاین در ارتقای سواد فرهنگی. ضریب کاپای کوهن ۰.۸۲ نشاندهنده توافق بالای کدگذاران و اتکاپذیری فرایند تحلیل بود. نتایج نشان داد پیامرسان بله در صورت بهرهگیری هدفمند از ظرفیتهای فناورانه، فرهنگی و نهادی میتواند از یک ابزار ارتباطی صرف به بستری فرهنگمحور برای تولید محتوای مسئولانه، تقویت هویت ایرانی ـ اسلامی، ارتقای سواد فرهنگی و افزایش مشارکت کاربران در زیستبوم دیجیتال ایران تبدیل شود.
