تبیین مولفههای مدل شایستگیهای حرفهای معلمان بر اساس شاخصهای رهبری تحولآفرین در آموزش و پرورش کشور عراق

هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین مؤلفههای مدل شایستگیهای حرفهای معلمان بر اساس شاخصهای رهبری تحولآفرین در آموزش و پرورش کشور عراق است. این پژوهش کاربردی با استفاده از طرح تحقیق ترکیبی (آمیخته) از نوع اکتشافی متوالی با رویکرد طبقهبندی انجام شده است. در فاز کیفی، ابتدا با مرور مبانی نظری و استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، مؤلفههای اولیه شایستگی شناسایی شدند. سپس با بهرهگیری از روش دلفی و کسب نظر خبرگان و متخصصان موضوع، این ابعاد غربالگری و نهاییسازی شدند. در فاز کمی، به منظور سطحبندی و اولویتبندی مؤلفههای تأییدشده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) استفاده گردید. تحلیل کیفی ۱۴ مصاحبه با خبرگان از طریق کدگذاری مضمونی، ۱۴ مؤلفه اصلی شایستگیهای حرفهای معلمان (از جمله مدیریت فناوریهای نوین، امنیت سایبری و یادگیری شخصیسازیشده) را شناسایی کرد. با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM)، این مؤلفهها در یک مدل سلسلهمراتبی ششسطحی ساختار یافتند. همچنین، تحلیل میکمک (MICMAC) متغیرها را به سه گروه مستقل (محرک)، پیوندی و وابسته دستهبندی کرد. نتایج نشان داد که «ایجاد محیطهای یادگیری تعاملی و پویا» به عنوان متغیر مستقل، دارای بیشترین قدرت هدایت و نفوذ بوده و زیربنای سایر شایستگیها محسوب میشود. متغیرهای پیوندی مانند یادگیری شخصیسازیشده و توسعه حرفهای، اجزای سیستم را به یکدیگر متصل کرده و عواملی چون انگیزه معلم و زیرساختها در گروه متغیرهای وابسته قرار گرفتند. در مجموع، این مدل تأکید میکند که ایجاد محیطهای پویا، اصلیترین پیشران برای توسعه شایستگیهای حرفهای در نظام آموزش و پرورش عراق است.
