Designing an Evaluation Model for School Renovation Programs in the Country (Case Study: Qazvin Province School Renovation, Development and Equipment Directorate)

Abstract

Evaluation determines whether a project or program has achieved its goals. Evaluation is also a systematic process for determining the merit, value, worth, or importance. Evaluation is the process of evaluating the value or quality of something. In other words, it is a systematic method for measuring and analyzing the performance, effectiveness, and success of a program, policy, individual, or other institution. Evaluation is used to determine the impact of an intervention and decide how to improve it. Evaluation is a systematic process that uses existing data and information to measure and evaluate the value and performance of an issue, a product, a process, or an individual. This process is carried out in order to measure the level of progress, improvement, or desired quality. In this research, it is a survey and applied type, and the data collection tool is a questionnaire and the data collection method is fieldwork.
