واکاوی مؤلفههای سیاستگذاری رسانهای جوانمحور در شبکه سوم سیما؛ کاربست رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی، بومیسازی و اعتبارسنجی مؤلفههای سیاستگذاری رسانهای جوانمحور در شبکه سوم سیما با استفاده از رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی بود که در چهار مرحله انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، ۱۸ نفر از خبرگان حوزه رسانه، سیاستگذاری فرهنگی، ارتباطات و مطالعات جوانان با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته و بررسی اسناد گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. سپس شاخصهای استخراجشده با روش دلفی و غربالگری فازی بومیسازی شدند. در مرحله بعد، روابط میان شاخصهای هستهای با استفاده از نگاشت علی و تحلیل شبکه در UCINET بررسی شد. در نهایت، مدل حاصل با مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در AMOS اعتبارسنجی شد. تحلیل کیفی به استخراج ۲۷۶ کد اولیه، ۷۴ مفهوم، ۱۵ مقوله محوری و چهار بعد کلان راهبردی و هویتی، ساختاری و مدیریتی، محتوایی و ارتباطی و فناورانه و نوآورانه منجر شد. در غربالگری فازی، تدوین اهداف راهبردی شفاف با امتیاز ۰.۸۹، همراستایی فرهنگی سیاستها با ۰.۸۶ و مخاطبشناسی دقیق مبتنی بر داده با ۰.۸۴ بالاترین اولویت را داشتند. در تحلیل شبکه، تدوین اهداف راهبردی با مرکزیت ۱۶.۰۲ بیشترین جایگاه را کسب کرد. در مدل ساختاری، بعد راهبردی و هویتی بر بعد ساختاری و مدیریتی با ضریب ۰.۷۴ و بر بعد محتوایی و ارتباطی با ضریب ۰.۶۹ اثر معنادار داشت. اثر بعد ساختاری و مدیریتی بر بعد فناورانه و نوآورانه ۰.۶۳ بود و اثر کل بعد راهبردی بر بعد فناورانه به ۰.۸۸ رسید. شاخصهای برازش RMSEA=۰.۰۵۴، CFI=۰.۹۳، AGFI=۰.۹۱ و χ²/df=۲.۱۴ برازش مطلوب مدل را نشان دادند. سیاستگذاری رسانهای جوانمحور در شبکه سوم سیما نیازمند الگویی یکپارچه است که در آن انسجام راهبردی و هویتی، ساختار مدیریتی کارآمد، مخاطبشناسی و مشارکت جوانان، سیاست محتوایی متناسب و تحول دیجیتال بهصورت هماهنگ عمل کنند.
