شناسایی مؤلفههای محتوای برنامه درسی توانمندسازی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی دوره ابتدایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفههای محتوای برنامه درسی توانمندسازی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی دوره ابتدایی با تأکید بر نیازها، الزامات و واقعیتهای شغلی آنان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر رویکرد، کیفی بود و با استفاده از راهبرد پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. جامعه هدف شامل متخصصان علوم تربیتی، روانشناسی، جامعهشناسی و راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی باسابقه بود که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته انجام گرفت و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت. اشباع اولیه تقریباً در مصاحبه شانزدهم حاصل شد، اما برای اطمینان بیشتر، سه مصاحبه تکمیلی نیز انجام شد و در مجموع 19 نفر در مطالعه مشارکت کردند. برای بررسی اعتمادپذیری یافتهها از معیارهای اعتبار، انتقالپذیری، قابلیت اطمینان و تأییدپذیری استفاده شد. دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها با استفاده از روش هفتمرحلهای کلایزی تحلیل و مفاهیم اولیه، مضامین فرعی و مضامین اصلی استخراج شدند. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد محتوای برنامه درسی توانمندسازی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی دوره ابتدایی از سه مضمون اصلی، هشت مضمون فرعی و 59 مفهوم اولیه تشکیل شده است. مضمون «بهسازی مدیریتی» شامل توسعه فردی راهبران، توسعه آموزشی و توسعه برنامه درسی بود. مضمون «بهسازی حرفهای» سه مؤلفه رهبری آموزشی، پژوهشمحوری و تدریس و یادگیری را دربر گرفت. همچنین، مضمون «بهسازی حمایتی» شامل برنامههای حمایتی از راهبران و ترغیب راهبران به ارائه برنامههای حمایتی بود. یافتهها نشان دادند توانمندسازی راهبران نیازمند رویکردی چندبعدی است که بهطور همزمان شایستگیهای فردی و مدیریتی، ظرفیتهای رهبری آموزشی و پژوهشی، قابلیتهای تدریس و یادگیری و حمایتهای سازمانی و بینبخشی را پوشش دهد. یافتهها نشان میدهد بازنگری در محتوای برنامه درسی توانمندسازی راهبران بر اساس نیازها و چالشهای واقعی محیط کار میتواند زمینه ارتقای کیفیت برنامههای توانمندسازی و افزایش آمادگی حرفهای راهبران برای ایفای مؤثر نقشهای آموزشی، مدیریتی و حمایتی در مدارس ابتدایی را فراهم سازد.
