تدوین الگوی برنامه درسی آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان مبتنی بر علوم اعصاب تربیتی

هدف این پژوهش تدوین و اعتباریابی یک الگوی برنامه درسی آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان مبتنی بر اصول و یافتههای علوم اعصاب تربیتی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی متوالی انجام شد؛ بدینصورت که در مرحله نخست از تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی با رویکرد الو و کینگاس (2008) استفاده شد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 21 خبره شامل اعضای هیئت علمی، متخصصان علوم اعصاب تربیتی، روانشناسان تربیتی و مدیران آموزش و پرورش گردآوری گردید. نمونهگیری به روش گلولهبرفی تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مرحله دوم، بهمنظور اعتباریابی الگو، تکنیک دلفی با مشارکت 16 خبره و در سه دور متوالی به کار گرفته شد. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار Atlas.ti در بخش کیفی و SPSS در بخش دلفی انجام شد و پایایی ابزار اعتباریابی با روش آزمون–بازآزمون تأیید گردید. یافتهها منجر به طراحی الگویی با چهار عنصر اصلی شامل هدف، محتوا، روشهای تدریس و ارزشیابی شد که دربرگیرنده 12 بُعد، 24 مؤلفه و 121 شاخص است. نتایج دلفی نشان داد که تمامی مؤلفهها از دیدگاه خبرگان دارای میانگین بالاتر از حد معیار و ضریب هماهنگی کندال بالا بوده و از اعتبار و اجماع قابل قبول برخوردارند. الگوی تدوینشده میتواند بهعنوان چارچوبی علمی و کاربردی برای بازطراحی برنامههای آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان مورد استفاده سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان آموزشی قرار گیرد و زمینه ارتقای کیفیت یاددهی–یادگیری مبتنی بر شواهد عصبی را فراهم سازد.
