نقش اکوسیستمهای یادگیری هوشمند در تحول مدیریت در عصر دیجیتال

هدف این پژوهش، تبیین تأثیر اکوسیستمهای یادگیری هوشمند بر ابعاد کلیدی تحول مدیریت شامل رهبری تطبیقپذیر، تصمیمگیری دادهمحور و چابکی سازمانی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است که جامعه آماری آن را مدیران ارشد و میانی شرکتهای دانشبنیان تشکیل دادهاند. نمونهای شامل 384 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت بود که روایی آن از طریق نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و نرمافزار AMOS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اکوسیستمهای یادگیری هوشمند تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رهبری تطبیقپذیر (β=0.68)، تصمیمگیری دادهمحور (β=0.75) و چابکی سازمانی (β=0.62) دارند (p<0.01). همچنین مشخص شد که تصمیمگیری دادهمحور به عنوان متغیر میانجی، رابطه بین یادگیری هوشمند و چابکی سازمانی را تقویت میکند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که توسعه و استقرار اکوسیستمهای یادگیری هوشمند به عنوان یک اهرم استراتژیک، میتواند به ارتقای کیفیت تصمیمگیری، تقویت رهبری تطبیقپذیر و افزایش چابکی سازمانی منجر شده و زمینه تحول مدیریت در عصر دیجیتال را فراهم سازد.
