طراحی الگوی توسعه حرفهای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی مبتنی بر نگرش کارآفرینانه

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی توسعه حرفهای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی مبتنی بر نگرش کارآفرینانه است. پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی بود. در بخش کیفی، 12 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت آموزشی و کارآفرینی شهر تهران با نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با روش تحلیل مضمون و نرمافزار MaxQDA2020 انجام گرفت. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل 1913 مدیر مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران بود که 320 نفر با نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. روایی همگرا و واگرا، پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. تحلیل دادهها با SPSS23 و SmartPLS3 و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. تحلیل کیفی منجر به شناسایی 6 بعد اصلی، 27 مقوله فرعی و 130 مضمون شد. نتایج مدل ساختاری نشان داد که تمامی مسیرها معنادارند: رهبری و مدیریت سازمانی (β=0.791)، توسعه فردی و شغلی (β=0.717)، مدیریت یادگیری و آموزش (β=0.850)، نوآوری و مدیریت استراتژیک (β=0.854)، نگرش کارآفرینانه (β=0.814) و پایداری و تعاملات اجتماعی (β=0.824). شاخص برازش کلی مدل (GOF=0.582) بیانگر برازش قوی الگو بود. الگوی ارائهشده از اعتبار و کارآمدی بالا برخوردار است و میتواند بهعنوان چارچوبی علمی برای برنامهریزی توسعه حرفهای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی مورد استفاده نظام آموزشی قرار گیرد.
