اعتبارسنجی الگوی رهبری تحولآفرین در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

هدف این پژوهش، اعتبارسنجی تجربی الگوی بومی رهبری تحولآفرین در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی است. این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی ـ پیمایشی انجام شد و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه کارکنان و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تشکیل دادند که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، ۳۸۴ نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند؛ ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته ۲۱۹ گویهای بود که روایی محتوایی آن به تأیید خبرگان رسید و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مناسب گزارش شد و دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در نرمافزار AMOS23 تحلیل گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه دوم نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است (CFI=0.935، IFI=0.964، RMSEA=0.061، χ²/df≈2.10) و کلیه سازههای علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهگر، راهبردی و پیامدی از نظر آماری معنادار بودهاند؛ بیشترین بار عاملی در بخش راهبردها مربوط به بهسازی منابع انسانی (0.95) و در بخش پیامدها مربوط به پیامدهای سازمانی (0.94) به دست آمد. الگوی بومی رهبری تحولآفرین ارائهشده از اعتبار ساختاری بالایی برخوردار است و میتواند به عنوان چارچوبی راهبردی برای سیاستگذاری، برنامهریزی و توسعه نظام رهبری در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
