شناسایی مؤلفههای کلیدی کیفیت آموزشی و یادگیری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای کلیدی کیفیت آموزشی و یادگیری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه دادهبنیاد نظاممند انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل خبرگان علمی و مدیریتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بود که بهصورت هدفمند و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و بهصورت همزمان با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA 2020 تحلیل شدند. فرآیند تحلیل شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی بود که منجر به استخراج مفاهیم، مقولهها و روابط میان آنها شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که کیفیت آموزشی و یادگیری تحت تأثیر شش بعد اصلی شامل توانمندی و مهارت استاد، طراحی و ساختار برنامه آموزشی، روشهای یادگیری و فعالیتهای دانشجو، بازخورد و پایش یادگیری، ارزیابی و عدالت آموزشی و تعامل و محیط یادگیری قرار دارد. در میان این ابعاد، نقش استاد بهعنوان عامل محوری در هدایت فرآیند یادگیری برجسته بوده و تعامل میان ابعاد مختلف بهعنوان شرط لازم برای تحقق کیفیت آموزشی شناسایی شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر ماهیت چندبعدی کیفیت آموزشی و ضرورت اتخاذ رویکردی یکپارچه در بهبود فرآیندهای آموزشی است؛ بهگونهای که ارتقاء همزمان توانمندی اساتید، بهبود طراحی برنامههای درسی، توسعه روشهای یادگیری فعال و ایجاد محیطهای تعاملی میتواند به بهبود کیفیت یادگیری در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی منجر شود.
