نقش تحول دیجیتال در افزایش پایداری و تابآوری معادن در برابر بحرانهای زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش تحول دیجیتال در ارتقای پایداری و افزایش تابآوری معادن در مواجهه با بحرانهای زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته و در دو بخش کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، با انجام مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از خبرگان صنعت معدن استان تهران، ابعاد و سازوکارهای تحول دیجیتال، پایداری و تابآوری استخراج گردید. در بخش کمی، دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه محققساخته از ۲۸۰ نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان معادن گردآوری شد و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تحول دیجیتال اثر مثبت و معناداری بر قابلیت مدیریت ریسک زیستمحیطی و چابکی اقتصادی دارد. همچنین، مدیریت ریسک زیستمحیطی پیشبین اصلی پایداری معادن و چابکی اقتصادی مهمترین عامل تقویت تابآوری سازمانی شناخته شد. اثر غیرمستقیم تحول دیجیتال بر تابآوری از طریق پایداری و چابکی اقتصادی قویتر از اثر مستقیم آن بود. تحول دیجیتال بهعنوان یک راهبرد کلیدی، با تقویت ظرفیتهای زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی، نقش اساسی در پایداری و تابآوری معادن ایفا میکند و بدون آن، مدیریت مؤثر بحرانهای آینده امکانپذیر نخواهد بود.
