بررسی رابطه بین انعطافپذیری سازمانی و پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی با میانجیگری یادگیری سازمانی در سازمانهای درمانی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین انعطافپذیری سازمانی و پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی با نقش میانجیگری یادگیری سازمانی در میان کارکنان مدیریت درمان تأمین اجتماعی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-همبستگی بوده و در چارچوب مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 730 نفر از کارکنان مدیریت درمان تأمین اجتماعی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان، 256 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد انعطافپذیری منابع انسانی، پذیرش فناوری و یادگیری سازمانی بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-26 و SmartPLS-3 تحلیل شدند و روایی و پایایی ابزارها از طریق شاخصهایی نظیر آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و AVE تأیید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که انعطافپذیری سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری سازمانی دارد. همچنین، یادگیری سازمانی نیز اثر مثبت و معناداری بر پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی نشان داد. علاوه بر این، نقش میانجیگری یادگیری سازمانی در رابطه بین انعطافپذیری سازمانی و پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی تأیید شد، بهگونهای که مسیرهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم مدل همگی معنادار بودند و مدل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. یافتهها نشان میدهد که برای ارتقای پذیرش فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی در سازمانهای درمانی، لازم است همزمان بر افزایش انعطافپذیری سازمانی و تقویت فرآیندهای یادگیری سازمانی تمرکز شود، زیرا این دو عامل بهصورت مکمل، زمینهساز تحول دیجیتال و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی هستند.
