طراحی مدل بهینه سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری هوشمند در سازمانهای بانکی کشور با رویکرد هوش مالی

هدف این پژوهش طراحی یک مدل بهینه و بومی برای سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری هوشمند در سازمانهای بانکی کشور با تأکید بر مؤلفههای هوش مالی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت اکتشافی و از منظر رویکرد، کیفی و مبتنی بر پارادایم تفسیری است. جامعه پژوهش شامل خبرگان بانکی و اساتید دانشگاهی آشنا با سیستمهای پشتیبان تصمیم بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند از نوع گلولهبرفی انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد و فرآیند نمونهگیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت که در نهایت ۱۰ مصاحبه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون و به کمک نرمافزار MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. روایی یافتهها با معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا و پایایی با ضریب توافق بین دو کدگذار تأیید شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها منجر به استخراج ۳۵۱ کد اولیه، ۱۵ مضمون یکپارچهکننده و در نهایت ۶ مضمون کلان شامل پایگاه داده اولیه، پایگاه پشتیبان تصمیم، امنیت و حفاظت اطلاعات، مدیریت دانش، استفاده از رویکرد هوش مالی و پردازشگر فرمان شد. این مضامین در قالب یک مدل مفهومی منسجم تبیین گردیدند که روابط ساختاری میان اجزای اصلی سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری هوشمند را در بستر سازمانهای بانکی کشور نشان میدهد. مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش نشان میدهد که استقرار مؤلفههای هوش مالی در کنار زیرساختهای دادهای، امنیت اطلاعات و مدیریت دانش میتواند اثربخشی تصمیمگیری مدیریتی و عملکرد سازمانهای بانکی را بهطور معناداری بهبود بخشد.
