This applied study employed an exploratory mixed-method design. In the qualitative phase, grounded theory methodology was used, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 university faculty members and administrators possessing at least ten years of relevant experience. In the quantitative phase, 277 faculty members were selected from a population of 987 academic staff using stratified random sampling. Data collection instruments included a researcher-developed Academic Pedagogy Questionnaire and Yazdanpanah’s Thinking Dispositions Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA 2024, SPSS 27, and LISREL 8.5. Confirmatory factor analysis supported a two-dimensional structure of academic pedagogy consisting of educational and individual dimensions with seven components: pedagogical knowledge, scholarship, academic culture, information and technology literacy, educational management, professional ethics, and student relationship management. All factor loadings were statistically significant. Educational management demonstrated the highest standardized coefficient (β = 0.93), whereas student relationship management showed the lowest coefficient (β = 0.73). All t-values exceeded the critical threshold at the 99% confidence level, confirming the construct validity of the proposed model. The findings indicate that academic pedagogy within fourth-generation universities is a multidimensional construct encompassing both educational and individual dimensions. The interaction of these dimensions can enhance teaching effectiveness, learning quality, educational innovation, and faculty professional development. Strengthening both pedagogical and personal competencies among faculty members is essential for fulfilling the mission and social responsibilities of fourth-generation universities.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پداگوژی دانشگاهی با رویکرد دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم در دانشگاه‌های بابل و ارائه مدلی جامع برای تبیین این سازه در نظام آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی–کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی از نظریه داده‌بنیاد استفاده شد و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 12 نفر از اساتید و مدیران دانشگاهی دارای حداقل 10 سال سابقه مرتبط گردآوری شد. در بخش کمی، 277 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌های بابل به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پداگوژی دانشگاهی و پرسشنامه منش‌های فکری یزدان‌پناه بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای MAXQDA 2024، SPSS 27 و LISREL 8.5 انجام شد. نتایج کدگذاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که پداگوژی دانشگاهی با رویکرد دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم از دو بعد اصلی آموزشی و فردی و هفت مؤلفه شامل دانش پداگولوژی، دانش‌پژوهی، فرهنگ دانشگاهی، سواد اطلاعاتی و فناوری، مدیریت آموزش، اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مدیریت ارتباط با دانشجو تشکیل شده است. تمامی مؤلفه‌ها دارای بار عاملی معنادار بودند. بالاترین ضریب استاندارد مربوط به مدیریت آموزش (93/0=β) و پایین‌ترین ضریب استاندارد مربوط به مدیریت ارتباط با دانشجو (73/0=β) بود. همچنین تمامی مقادیر t در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد معنادار بوده و روایی سازه مدل را تأیید کردند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پداگوژی دانشگاهی در دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم دارای ساختاری چندبعدی و متشکل از ابعاد آموزشی و فردی است که در تعامل با یکدیگر می‌توانند زمینه ارتقای کیفیت تدریس، یادگیری، نوآوری آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای اعضای هیأت علمی را فراهم سازند. توجه همزمان به توسعه شایستگی‌های آموزشی و فردی اساتید می‌تواند نقش مهمی در تحقق مأموریت‌های دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم ایفا کند.</p> https://jilmt.com/index.php/jilmt/article/download/357/254
