This study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on descriptive phenomenology. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with eight educational experts, university professors, teachers, and information technology specialists. Participants were selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was performed using the Attride-Stirling thematic analysis approach, through which basic, organizing, and global themes were identified and extracted. The findings revealed that the most influential components in technology-based professional teacher training included infrastructure, professional competencies, artificial intelligence in education, expert systems, and implementation challenges. Inferential results indicated that inadequate educational infrastructure, insufficient financial resources, shortage of skilled human resources, lack of teacher training in technology, and absence of coherent policymaking were among the major barriers to the development of smart schools. Furthermore, the use of modern technologies contributed to improving educational quality, time management, active learning, educational interactions, and teachers’ professional competencies. The results demonstrated that modern information technologies possess significant potential for enhancing professional teacher training and improving educational systems. However, achieving these goals requires infrastructural development, specialized teacher training, financial support, and strategic policymaking. Effective integration of educational technologies can facilitate fundamental transformation in education and reduce the gap between the national educational system and global standards.</p> <p>هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی چالش‌ها، موانع، فرصت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی، هوش مصنوعی و سیستم‌های خبره در فرآیند تربیت حرفه‌ای و اثربخش معلمان در دوران تحول دیجیتال بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 8 نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش، اساتید دانشگاه، معلمان و متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون اترید-استرلینگ انجام شد و مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر استخراج گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در تربیت حرفه‌ای معلمان مبتنی بر فناوری شامل زیرساخت‌ها، شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای، هوش مصنوعی در تعلیم و تربیت، سیستم‌های خبره و مشکلات اجرایی است. نتایج تحلیلی بیانگر آن بود که ضعف زیرساخت‌های آموزشی، کمبود منابع مالی، نبود نیروی انسانی متخصص، ضعف آموزش معلمان در حوزه فناوری و فقدان سیاست‌گذاری منسجم از مهم‌ترین موانع توسعه مدارس هوشمند محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین موجب افزایش کیفیت آموزش، مدیریت بهتر زمان، ارتقای یادگیری فعال، بهبود تعاملات آموزشی و توسعه مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی ظرفیت بالایی در ارتقای کیفیت تربیت حرفه‌ای معلمان و بهبود نظام آموزشی دارند، اما تحقق این هدف نیازمند توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، آموزش تخصصی معلمان، حمایت‌های مالی و سیاست‌گذاری هدفمند است. بهره‌گیری اثربخش از فناوری‌های آموزشی می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تحول بنیادین در آموزش و کاهش فاصله نظام آموزشی کشور با استانداردهای جهانی شود.</p> https://jilmt.com/index.php/jilmt/article/download/268/285
